The short version: a gift code is prepaid credit for any SHORE AI site. It never expires, it has no fees, and what is not spent stays on the code.

What a gift code is

You pay a set amount and receive a gift code. The code holds that amount as credit. It can be used at checkout on any SHORE AI site that shows a "Have a gift code?" box, toward the price of anything that site sells. SHORE AI Gifts is run by SHORE AI LLC.

Using a code

• If the code covers the whole price, nothing else is charged. If it covers only part, it takes that much off and you pay the rest by card.
• Money not used stays on the code. A code can be used more than once, on the same site or on different sites, until the balance is gone.
• When you start a purchase, the amount you are using is set aside for a short time while you finish. If you do not finish, it goes back on the code.
• A code is for personal use. It cannot be resold, and it cannot be used to buy another gift code.

No expiration, no fees

A gift code does not expire, and we do not charge any fee that lowers its balance, such as a fee for not using it. Where the law requires it, for example for a remaining balance under $10 in California, we will pay the remaining balance in cash if you ask.

Keep your code safe

Anyone who has the code can use it. Treat it like cash. We cannot replace a code that is lost or used by someone else, but if you lose the email we can resend it to the address that bought it. Write to us if you need that.

Pricing and payment

You choose the amount before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. The card statement reads SHORE AI* GIFTS.

Refunds

If you were charged and no code arrived, or something broke, email us and we will fix it or refund you. If you bought a gift by mistake and none of it has been spent, write to us and we will refund it and stop the code. A gift that has been partly or fully spent is not refundable except where the law requires it.

What this is not

A gift code is not a bank account, a credit card or a stored-value card you can use anywhere else. It has no value outside SHORE AI sites, and it does not earn interest.

No warranties

SHORE AI Gifts is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SHORE AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the gift. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Changes and ending

We may change the site or these terms, and we will update the date above. A change never lowers the balance on a code you already hold. We may stop a code that was bought with a payment that was reversed, or that was used to defraud someone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
