Gift Code Questions

Does a gift code expire?

No. It never expires and it has no fees.

What if the gift is more than I need?

Whatever you do not use stays on the code.

Can I use one code on more than one site?

Yes. The code works on every SHORE AI site that has a "Have a gift code?" box.

I lost the code. What now?

The person who bought it received it by email, and can ask us to send it again. Contact us.

How do I know how much is left?

Use the balance page.

Can I get a refund?

If none of the gift has been spent, yes: write to us. If it has been spent, we cannot refund it. See the Terms.

Is it safe to share the code?

Only with the person it is for. Anyone who has the code can use it.
